Plumbing and heating services
Everything we do for homes in Rockland and northern Bergen County. Not sure what you need? Describe the problem and we’ll tell you.
Plumbing
Leaks and emergency repairs
Burst pipes, leaking fittings, a toilet that won’t stop running. We pick up around the clock and can usually be at your door within two hours.
Water heaters
Repair and replacement of tank and tankless heaters, gas or electric. Most replacements are done in a morning, and we haul the old tank away.
Drains and sewer lines
Slow sinks, backed-up tubs and main line clogs cleared. If a clog keeps coming back, we run a camera down the line to find out why.
Faucets, toilets and fixtures
Faucets, toilets, shower valves, disposals and sump pumps installed or repaired. Buy your own fixture or we’ll bring one.
Kitchen and bath remodels
New supply and drain lines for a remodel, working alongside your contractor or on our own, with the permits and inspections handled.
Repiping
Old galvanized or pinhole-leaking copper replaced with new copper or PEX. We open as little wall as we can and patch what we open.
Heating
Boiler service and repair
Yearly cleaning and tune-ups for gas and oil boilers, and repairs when the heat goes out. Book service in the fall and skip the January rush.
Boiler replacement
High-efficiency boilers and combi units sized to your house, not the biggest one on the truck. We explain the rebates you qualify for.
Radiators and baseboard heat
Cold rooms fixed: radiators bled and balanced, baseboard added or moved, and zones split so the upstairs isn’t an oven.
Gas lines
Gas piping for ranges, dryers, generators and grills, pressure-tested and inspected before anything is turned on.
How a job works
You call or send a request
Tell us what’s going on. For emergencies, call; someone picks up day and night.
We come and look
A plumber visits, finds the cause and explains your options in plain terms.
You get a price in writing
Before any work starts. If we find something else once a wall is open, we stop and ask.
We do the work and clean up
Drop cloths down, old parts hauled away, and a one-year warranty on our labor.
Water where it shouldn’t be?
Turn off the main shutoff valve first. It’s usually in the basement where the water line comes through the wall, next to the meter. Then call, and we’ll talk you through the rest while we’re on the way.
