Why homeowners call us back
Ray Tolliver started the business with one van in 1988. His kids run it now, the same way: show up when we say, charge what we quoted, and do work we’d put in our own houses.
Someone picks up
Call during the day and you reach our office, not a call center. After hours, the phone rings in the on-call plumber’s pocket.
The price comes first
We look, then give you a price in writing before any work starts. If we find something else once a wall is open, we stop and ask.
We leave it clean
Drop cloths down, shoe covers on, and the old water heater or boiler hauled away. You shouldn’t have to clean up after a plumber.
We’ll still be here
Two generations of the Tolliver family since 1988. Our labor carries a one-year warranty, and we’re around to honor it.

What customers say
These reviews were written for this sample site.
Our boiler quit on a Sunday night in January. They called back in ten minutes and had the heat on before midnight, and the bill was what they said it would be on the phone.
Karen, New City Water heater replaced in one morning. They carried the old tank up the basement stairs and left the floor cleaner than they found it.
Tom, Pearl River Two other plumbers wanted to repipe the whole house. Tolliver found the one bad section, fixed it, and saved us a few thousand dollars.
Priya, Park Ridge
Water where it shouldn’t be?
Turn off the main shutoff valve first. It’s usually in the basement where the water line comes through the wall, next to the meter. Then call, and we’ll talk you through the rest while we’re on the way.
